
Ingredients
- 700 g parsnipsÂ
- 200 g whole milk, preferably
- 400 g waterÂ
- saltÂ
- 50 g full creamÂ
- ground pepper
- 6 coffee beans
Instructions
- Peel the parsnips and cut them into pieces. Put them in the bowl and blend for 5 sec/speed 2. Pour in the milk and water, the 6 coffee beans, salt and cook for 30 min/100°C/speed 1.Â
- When the parsnips are cooked, blend with the cream for 1 min/speed 7 to 10, gradually increasing the speed.
