- 50 ml Tanqueray Royal
- 15 ml homemade shiso cordial
- 15 ml Supasawa
- 15 ml homemade chamomile syrup
- 3 drops salted water
- Thomas Henry Botanical Tonic to top up
- Purple shiso leaf to garnish
- Place the gin, shiso cordial, Supasawa, and chamomile syrup in a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir, then pour into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top up with Thomas Henry Botanical Tonic.
- Garnish with a purple shiso leaf.
