Ingredients

  • 125 g blueberries
  • 200 ml skimmed milk
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats

Instructions

Add the blueberries, rolled oats and milk and blend for 2 minutes at speed 10. Pour into 1 glass and serve immediately.
