Boxemännchen

This Tuesday, December 6th, the Thillenvogtei Museum is organising a “Kleeserchersuucht” workshop where children can discover how St. Nicholas has been celebrated through the ages. They will also make their own “Boxemännercher” (or Boxemännchen), baked in the museum’s historic wood-fired oven. This museum, which is regularly visited by school groups, strives to pass on the Luxembourgish lifestyle and customs of our ancestors. The museum gave KACHEN the traditional recipe for the little man that is so popular with children and even with grown-ups. Schéine Kleeschen !
