Ingredients

  • 60 ml Rémy Martin V.S.O.P cognac
  • 15 ml Orange Curaçao
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml Maraschino Liqueur
  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitter
  • Sugar for the glass
  • 1 lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Remove the whole peel from half a lemon and squeeze out the lemon juice.
  2. Moisten the rim of the glass with lemon and dip in sugar, then garnish with lemon zest.
  3. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice.
  4. Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a glass with a small cube of ice.
