Ingredients

  • 150 g rolled oats150 g rolled spelt70 g walnuts½ tsp. vanilla powder1â„4 tsp. salt4 tbps. neutral sunflower oiltbsp. runny honey25 g pistachios50 g cranberriesServe with Greek yoghurt

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 175 °.

2. Coarsely chop the walnuts.

3. Place the oats and spelt in a large bowl. Add the walnuts, vanilla powder, salt, oil and honey and mix well.

4. Spread on a baking tray covered with greaseproof paper and bake for 15 minutes on the middle rack in the oven. Stir briefly and bake for a further 10 minutes.

5. Allow to cool completely, then stir in the pistachios and cranberries.

6. Pour into a storage jar. Best served with creamy Greek yogurt.
