Ingredients

  • ½ watermelon, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • ½ bunch of mint, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 50 g Appenzeller®, in strips
  • salt, pepper
  • Garnish:
  • mint leaves

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the watermelon cubes with the cucumber and mint. Add the olive oil. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Add the strips of Appenzeller®.
  3. Decorate with mint leaves.

 

 

Notes

Delicious with cold semolina.
