About the Luxembourgish winegrowers

Domaines Vinsmoselle is the largest producer of Luxembourgish wine and crémant with more than 200 active winemaking families. Since 1921, this wine cooperative has been producing high quality wines which are regularly rewarded at numerous international competitions. From Schengen to Wasserbillig, the winegrowers cultivate with passion privileged locations along the Moselle. They rigorously work the vineyards to produce grapes of the highest quality, with which they create the fresh wines for which the Luxembourgish Moselle is famous. It has a relatively mild climate with few extreme temperatures. Its soil, half limestone, half clayey marl, allows the production of wines with a wide variety of aromas. The art of making the most of this rich terroir has been passed down for generations, producing smooth, full-bodied Pinots, aromatic, mineral Rieslings and fruity Auxerrois.
