
Ingredients
- 3 cl Gin
- 1.5 cl lemon juice
- 1.5 cl simple sugar syrup
- 7 cl Champagne brut
- 1 lemon zest
Instructions
Attention, use a shaker.
- Pour the gin, lemon juice and simple sugar syrup into the shaker.
- Add 8 to 10 ice cubes and shake for about 10 seconds.
- Double-filter the cocktail into a glass.
- Top it off with champagne brut.
- Decorate with a lemon zest
