Ingredients

  • 3 cl Gin
  • 1.5 cl lemon juice
  • 1.5 cl simple sugar syrup
  • 7 cl Champagne brut
  • 1 lemon zest

Instructions

Attention, use a shaker.

  1. Pour the gin, lemon juice and simple sugar syrup into the shaker.
  2. Add 8 to 10 ice cubes and shake for about 10 seconds.
  3. Double-filter the cocktail into a glass.
  4. Top it off with champagne brut.
  5. Decorate with a lemon zest
