  • 15 ml homemade shiso cordial
  • 15 ml Supasawa
  • 15 ml homemade chamomile syrup
  • 3 drops salted water
  • Thomas Henry Botanical Tonic to top up
  • Purple shiso leaf to garnish
  • Place the gin, shiso cordial, Supasawa, and chamomile syrup in a mixing glass with ice.
  • Stir, then pour into a highball glass filled with ice.
  • Top up with Thomas Henry Botanical Tonic.
  • Garnish with a purple shiso leaf.
