Introduction to the Navi’ Mosel application which aims to promote river tourism

An application for river tourism? This is now a reality thanks to a French-Luxembourgish partnership between the Office Régional du Tourisme-Région Moselle Luxembourgeoise and the Pays Thionvillois Tourisme. The application is already available and will provide a large amount of information to boaters.

The Navi Mosel’ application is the result of a French-Luxembourgish partnership and aims to promote river tourism on the Moselle, in particular between the French port of Basse-Ham (Nautic’Ham water sports centre) and the port of Schwebsingen in Luxembourg, in a cross-border context, in partnership with the Office Régional du Tourisme-Région Moselle Luxembourgeoise and the Pays Thionvillois Tourisme.

Navi Mosel’ offers boaters and visitors of the region all practical information related to tourism such as: trips on the Moselle, gourmet tourism (wines, restaurants, local products), hiking, cycling, cultural and military heritage (museums, castles, religious buildings, remarkable sites, etc.).

Also available are the services offered at the ports (fuel, fittings, maintenance, repairs, catering, sports, leisure activities, cycle paths, etc.) and in the surrounding area (food, restaurants, bars, entertainment and festive events, etc.), as well as information on the nearest wellness, care and health professionals and establishments.

An interactive map includes all this geolocated information, as well as the locations of the locks and their coordinates in order to know their opening hours for pleasure boats.

NAVI MOSEL’ is available on Google Play and the App Store.
