The Cuisinier d’Or 2021, Paul Cabayé, in charge of the restaurant Les Jardins d’Anaïs

Following the departure of Chef Christophe Quentin, the Chef Paul Cabayé takes over the reins of the 1 Michelin star restaurant Les Jardins d’Anaïs.

Freshly crowned “Cuisinier d’Or 2021” at the prestigious Swiss cooking competition, the Sous-Chef of the Restaurant Hôtel de Ville Crissier (3 Michelin stars – Franck Giovannini) will become, at the beginning of July, the Chef of the 1 star restaurant Les Jardins d’Anaïs.

Originally from the Ardennes and passionate about mountains, he has proven himself in renowned establishments such as La Cristallerie (Luxembourg), La Table des Rois, L’Oxalys, among others. This young, dynamic and talented chef will put his creativity, rigour and passion at the service of the Luxembourgish gastronomy, for our greatest pleasure!
