Ingredients

  • 400 g frozen peas4 tbsp olive oil1 bunch of fresh mint (approx. 40 g)2 tbsp lemon juice1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the peas according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Wash the mint and remove the mint leaves from the stems.
  3. Add the drained peas, mint leaves and other ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth. Store in the fridge until serving time.
