Ingredients

  • 50 g oatmeal
  • 100 ml coconut milk (light) + a little for the topping
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp flaxseed (optional)
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 10 g toasted coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Choose an airtight container or jar. Pour in the oats, coconut milk and honey, with a pinch of salt. Mix everything together, cover and place in the fridge.
  2. The next day, transfer the porridge to a bowl; if necessary, add a little coconut milk to achieve the desired consistency.
  3. Garnish the porridge with diced kiwi fruit, pomegranate seeds and coconut flakes.
  4. Serve with a cup of Nespresso Vertuo Arondio coffee.
