
Ingredients
- 200 g dried plums
- 30 g cashew butter
- 30 g cashew nuts
- 50 g oats
- 10 g flaxseeds
- For the Topping
- 30 g white chocolate
- ½ tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Put the flaxseeds into a food processor and mix for about 1 minute.
- Add the dried plums, cashew butter and oats, and mix until it looks like a dough.
- Finely chop the cashews and add to the energy ball "dough.â€
- With your hands form 16 small energy balls.
- Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil over a water bath, and drizzle over the energy balls. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
