Ingredients

  • 40 g oat flakes
  • 150 g plain yoghurt
  • ½ apple
  • ½ pear
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Put the oat flakes and yoghurt in a screw-top jar, mix well and refrigerate overnight.
  2. The next morning, slice or chop the apple and pear.
  3. Spoon the porridge onto a plate or into a bowl and garnish with the fruit, chia seeds and cinnamon.
