Ingredients

  • 4.5 cl Sagamore Spirit Signature Rye Whiskey
  • 12 cl fresh grapefruit juice
  • 3 cl honey syrup*
  • A splash of soda water
  • *Honey Syrup: Mix equal parts honey and water in a saucepan and heat for 5-10 minutes until the honey dissolves.

Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass and a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Combine the rye whiskey, grapefruit juice, and honey syrup in the mixing glass and stir for 10-15 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into the rocks glass.
  4. Top with soda water and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
