Ingredients

  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 dl extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic cream
  • 4 sprigs of basil
  • Pepper and coarse sea salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the tomatoes.
  2. Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices.
  3. Arrange a slice of tomato and mozzarella in turn, starting from the centre. Continue in this way towards the outside of the tray.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper and coarse sea salt.
  5. Dress the salad with the balsamic cream and garnish with the basil leaves.
