Stuffed Figs with Goat’s Cheese

Salt and pepper
Wash the figs. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut an X into each fig about two-thirds of the way down.
Stuff each fig with goat’s cream cheese and grill in the oven at 220°C (200°C fan) for 3-4 minutes.
Garnish with chopped pistachios and pomegranate syrup. Season with salt and pepper.
