But who is Madame Jeanette? Madame Jeanette is a chili pepper with an intense heat of a habanero and a sweet tropical flavour. Rumour has it that the chili pepper was named after a famous Brazilian prostitute.
Cocktail lovers will be delighted! Indeed, classic and signature cocktails are all served with a twist, created and personalised on the spot by the bartender. The traditional recipes as well as non-alcoholic cocktails are also available.
Different types of ceviche, tostadas, tacos, enchiladas and their famous ‘cedillo de cerdo’ (baked pork knuckle) as well as vegetarian and vegan options will awaken your taste buds and are a real delight when paired with their one-of-a-kind cocktails. All dishes are designed to be shared.
