Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 8 soft tortillas
  • Toppings of your choice (lettuce, cheese, avocado, radish, red onions, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the cumin, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and sprinkle with the spice mixture. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and browned.
  4. To assemble the tacos, place a few spoonfuls of the cooked chicken onto a tortilla, and top with your desired toppings.
  5. Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling and serve.
