Ingredients

  • 2 jars (200 g each) of plain hummus
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chickpeas (tinned)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 sprigs flat-leaf parsley

Instructions

  1. Transfer the hummus to a bowl. Stir well.
  2. Drain the chickpeas and rinse briefly under running water.
  3. Blend the hummus with the olive oil, chickpeas, paprika and chopped flat-leaf parsley.
