Les Roses, a brand new interior

A new interior, a new logo, a new baseline “Seasonally yours” for Les Roses. All of this is in perfect harmony with the cuisine of Chef François Jagut, who is keen to work with the products of the seasons in a modern and contemporary way.

It was in 1986, three years after the opening of the casino, that the restaurant Les Roses welcomed and delighted its first customers. Since then, many great chefs have followed in their footsteps. Today, it is François Jagut who officiates in the restaurant’s kitchens. But in addition to a new chef, the restaurant itself has also been modernised.

With such a floral name, it was Monet and his gardens in Giverny that inspired the Parisian-Luxembourgish architectural firm of Elodie Lenoir, which was responsible for the new look of the restaurant Les Roses. Thus, the magnificent round room with its immense and luminous bay window has been completely revisited, like a winter garden. Three key words resonate in this new setting: natural, woody and planty. The new space is soft and comfortable, with a focus on natural materials.

The logo has been completely redesigned. Three key words surround this new concept: veins, budding and curve/movement. The baseline has evolved to become “Seasonally yours”, in perfect harmony with the cuisine of Chef François Jagut.

Chef François Jagut has been in charge of the kitchen for a year and has been working in the restaurant for 15 years. He was Alain Pierron’s chef de partie and then his second in command for all these years. Replacing him at the helm of the kitchen at Les Roses was the logical next step.

The Chef is keen to reinterpret seasonal products in a very contemporary way that you will find in dishes that are as beautiful as they are tasty. Moreover, every Sunday lunchtime, you will find a special menu based on seasonal products. Always in tune with the times, the Chef has included a plant-based offer in the design of his menu.
