Hanami Cocktail

  • 50 ml Tanqueray Royal
  • 15 ml homemade shiso cordial
  • 15 ml Supasawa
  • 15 ml homemade chamomile syrup
  • 3 drops salted water
  • Thomas Henry Botanical Tonic (to top up)
  • Purple shiso leaf (to garnish)
  1. Place the gin, shiso cordial, Supasawa, and chamomile syrup in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir, then pour into a highball glass filled with ice.
  3. Top up with Thomas Henry Botanical Tonic.
  4. Garnish with a purple shiso leaf.
