Winter is perfect to enjoy recipes, which warm our hearts and bodies. Whether you are a fondue lover, relish a good raclette or appreciate a good cheese platter, Wine Cheese Enjoy has you covered for their gourmet event on the 4th and 5th February!
Cheese specialties and regional wine products will be showcased at Wine Cheese Enjoy. Every year, winegrowers and restaurateurs between Schengen and Grevenmacher open their doors to present their best Luxembourgish wines and Crémants together with a harmonious variety of cheeses.
To name just a few, here are some of the participating Luxembourg wineries: Domaine Viticole Schlink – Benoît & Claude Viticulteurs – Domaines Vinsmoselle – Domaine L&R Kox – Domaine Viticole Cep D’Or and on the gastronomic side, Um Scheierhaff – Bistro Quai – Restaurant Wäistuff Leuck or La Péniche Vintage.
Special events around cheese and wine are organised in each establishment. For example, on Saturday, the 4th, Domaine Claude Bentz in cooperation with Kaempff-Kohler offers a unique wine and cheese tasting menu. While wines will be commented by Claude Bentz, Kaempff-Kohler will be presenting the cheeses.
