
Ingredients
- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- ½ avocado
- 100 g frozen pineapple
- 1 tsp flaxseed
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- 6 mint leaves
- 250 ml water or non-dairy drink (unsweetened)
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
