Ingredients

  • 700 g parsnips 
  • 200 g whole milk, preferably
  • 400 g water 
  • salt 
  • 50 g full cream 
  • ground pepper
  • 6 coffee beans

Instructions

  1. Peel the parsnips and cut them into pieces. Put them in the bowl and blend for 5 sec/speed 2. Pour in the milk and water, the 6 coffee beans, salt and cook for 30 min/100°C/speed 1. 
  2. When the parsnips are cooked, blend with the cream for 1 min/speed 7 to 10, gradually increasing the speed.
