Ingredients

  • 40 ml Mansfeld Sloe Gin
  • 20 ml strawberry syrup
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 10 ml simple syrup
  • Soda water
  • Ice
  • 1 strawberry to garnish

Instructions

  1. Shake all the ingredients (except for the soda water) in
    a shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes.
  3. Top up with soda water and stir.
  4. Garnish with a slice of strawberry.
