The Regional Tourism Office of the Luxembourg Moselle (ORT) is organizing an evening of wine and Cremant tasting in the illuminated vineyards along the Luxembourg Moselle River on February 2nd and 3rd, 2024. The main partner fort he event will be the municipality of Wormeldange.
The event is part of the “Wine… Enjoy” series and, for the first time, will take place in February. Its aim is to extend the tourist season and provide a unique and unforgettable experience for friends, families, and colleagues even during the cold winter months.
During the event, visitors have the opportunity to discover the vineyards of Wormeldange in the dark, accompanied by a spectacular light show using sky projectors, LEDs, and laser technology.
From 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, more than 20 producers, including winemakers, associations, and food trucks, will present their products along a 5-kilometer illuminated trail. The event will conclude with a lively “after-party” starting at 11:00 PM on Saturday, creating a festive atmosphere where participants can continue to enjoy wines, music, and the company of fellow wine enthusiasts.
A free shuttle bus service operated by Voyages Emile Weber will connect Schengen, Dreiborn, Wasserbillig, and Remich/Grevenmacher, making it convenient for participants to reach the event using park-and-ride facilities.
