Ingredients

  • 400 g mixed minced meat
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 hot pepper
  • 200 g diced tomatoes
  • 200 g Kidney beans
  • 75 g corn
  • 1 pack of chilli con carne spices
  • 2 limes
  • 4 wrap tortillas
  • Chilli explosion spices
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Coriander

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the red onion into strips. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Cut the chilli lengthways and remove the seeds. Finely chop one half.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and simmer the red onion with the garlic and chilli until cooked. Add the minced meat and stir-fry. Then add the tomato cubes and chilli con carne spices. Mix well, then add the Kidney beans and corn. Stir well and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Cut the avocado into pieces and season with the juice and zest of half a lime. Sprinkle the pieces with the Chili Explosion spices to taste.
  4. Meanwhile, heat the wrap tortillas.
  5. Place the minced meat mixture in the middle and the avocado pieces on top. Garnish with coriander and a few lime quarters.
