Ingredients

  • ½ big orange
  • 2 limes
  • 12 mint leaves + 2 leaves for decoration
  • 10 ml mojito syrup (or sugar syrup)
  • 10 ml spritz syrup (or orange syrup)
  • 160 ml sparkling water
  • 100 ml Aperol
  • 60 ml rum (e.g. Havana 3 Años)
  • a few drops of Angostura Bitter
  • some crushed ice

Instructions

Cut the orange into 6 pieces, cut the limes into eighths and prick a few times. Grate mint lightly to bring out the aroma. Divide orange pieces, lime quarters, mint, mojito syrup, spritz syrup, sparkling water, Aperol and rum into 2 long drink glasses. Add a few drops of Angostura Bitter and mix. Fill up with crushed ice and garnish each with a leaf of mint.
