
Mushrooms and Goat’s Cheese on Toast

Method
- Toast the bread slices in the oven for 2 minutes at 200°C.
- Fry the porcini mushrooms, then add the chanterelles in a hot pan. Add shallots, garlic, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper, deglaze with white wine, and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Place the mushrooms on the slices of toast, arrange the goat’s cheese on top, and briefly grill in the oven until the cheese is lightly golden.
