Ingredients

  • 1 handful of mushrooms (fresh or frozen)1 small oniona dash of olive oil2 eggssalt and pepperfresh herbs

Instructions

  1. Cut the mushrooms and onion into small pieces and fry them together with the olive oil.
  2. Mix the eggs with the salt and pepper and add to the mushrooms.
  3. Add fresh herbs and you have a healthy breakfast.
