Method
- Once the beef chuck has boiled, leave it to cool down. Once cool, finely dice.
- Finely chop the shallots, parsley and gherkins.
- Make a dressing using the mustard, vinegar and oil.
- Combine the dressing with the shallots, gherkins, parsley and diced beef.
- Leave to marinate for about 2 hours.
- Chop the hardboiled egg and gently fold it into the salad.
- Serve cold.
