Feierstengszalot

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g beef chuck cooked in stock
  • 15 g shallots
  • 6 g Dijon mustard
  • 15 ml white wine vinegar
  • 40 ml sunflower oil
  • 1 egg hardboiled
  • 6 g parsley
  • 15 g gherkins
  • salt pepper

Method
 

  1. Once the beef chuck has boiled, leave it to cool down. Once cool, finely dice.
  2. Finely chop the shallots, parsley and gherkins.
  3. Make a dressing using the mustard, vinegar and oil.
  4. Combine the dressing with the shallots, gherkins, parsley and diced beef.
  5. Leave to marinate for about 2 hours.
  6. Chop the hardboiled egg and gently fold it into the salad.
  7. Serve cold.
