For Mother’s Day, the Genaveh chocolate manufactory is putting mothers centre stage with new creations that can be enjoyed without moderation.
The Luxembourg-based company’s chefs have created a new world of taste, soft and delicate, with handmade creations that celebrate freshness and childhood memories.
In homage to motherly love, a box filled with marshmallows whose flavours will transport mothers back to childhood! A meaningful symbolism interpreted as a delicate delight: a flowing heart of salted butter caramel inside a soft marshmallow with Tahitian vanilla, covered in 38% milk chocolate.
Created from seasonal produce, the recipes of the 16 chocolate hearts, presented in a beautiful box, will surprise mums’ taste buds.
The hearts reveal themselves in a thin shell of 62% dark and 38% milk chocolate, filled with fresh, summery flavours:
• apricot and thyme confit
• pure dark ganache from Ecuador
• old-fashioned almond praline
• strawberry ganache
