Ingredients

  • 250 g peeled shrimp
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp semi-salted butter
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ lime
  • ½ baguette
  • 5 sprigs fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread into thick slices, rub with a garlic clove. Mix the tablespoon of oil with oregano and brush the slices with a pastry brush. Heat in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C top/bottom heat.
  2. In a hot pan, melt the semi-salted butter. Add a crushed garlic clove, then the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they become slightly crispy.
  3. Add the parsley and mix, cook for an additional minute.
  4. Remove from heat and serve with the garlic bread slices.
