Ingredients

  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1 bouquet of fresh coriander
  • 8 tablespoons low-fat white cheese (curd)
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1 tsp turmeric

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220° C.
  2. Clean and wash the cauliflower and wrap in silver foil and bake in the oven at 220° C for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes remove the silver foil and continue to bake the cauliflower until it is golden brown.
  3. Remove and cut into 8 pieces.
  4. Mix the onion with the coriander, pepper and salt, turmeric, lime juice, soy sauce and cord cheese and serve as a sauce with the cauliflower.
