Ingredients
- ½ watermelon, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- ½ bunch of mint, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 50 g Appenzeller®, in strips
- salt, pepper
- Garnish:
- mint leaves
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the watermelon cubes with the cucumber and mint. Add the olive oil. Add salt and pepper.
- Add the strips of Appenzeller®.
- Decorate with mint leaves.
Notes
Delicious with cold semolina.
