Rice Krispies Pumpkins

Ingredients
  

  • 75 g rice krispies
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 150 g marshmallows
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Orange food colouring
  • Salt or pretzel sticks for the stem
  • Green fondant for the leaves
  • Soft butter for forming the pumpkins

Method
 

  1. Melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the marshmallows and stir constantly until they have melted completely. Tint the mixture orange with food colouring.
  3. Mix in the rice krispies and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
  4. Rub a little soft butter on your hands, then form the mixture into small balls.
  5. Insert a small salt or pretzel stick in the middle of each ball to make a stem.
  6. Decorate with green fondant leaves.
