    Instructions<\/h3>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t

    1. Den Rinderfond einmal aufkochen und dann bei niedriger Temperatur leicht k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/li>\n
    2. Die Steinpilze putzen und fein w\u00fcrfeln. Die Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln putzen und in feine R\u00f6llchen schneiden.<\/li>\n
    3. 1 EL \u00d6l in einen kleinen Topf geben und die Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln darin anschwitzen. Etwas Fond sowie die Steinpilze hinzugeben und diese einige Minuten mit garen. Anschlie\u00dfend beiseitestellen.<\/li>\n
    4. Das restliche Oliven\u00f6l (2 EL) in einem flachen Topf erhitzen und den Reis darin anbraten. Mit dem Rotwein abl\u00f6schen und diesen unter R\u00fchren verkochen lassen.<\/li>\n
    5. Anschlie\u00dfend mit einer Sch\u00f6pfkelle nach und nach den Rinderfond aufgie\u00dfen und unter gelegentlichem R\u00fchren immer wieder einkochen lassen. Das Risotto etwa 16 Minuten langsam al dente garen.<\/li>\n
    6. Den T\u00eate de Moine klein schneiden.<\/li>\n
    7. Nach etwa 12 Minuten Garzeit den K\u00e4se unter das Risotto r\u00fchren. Kurz vor dem Ende der Garzeit die Safranf\u00e4den, die gew\u00fcrfelte Butter und die Steinpilze unterr\u00fchren und mit Salz sowie Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
