1.<\/strong> Den Backofen auf 180 \u00b0C Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen.<\/p>\n2.<\/strong> Den Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und fein w\u00fcrfeln. Die Artischocken von den \u00e4u\u00dferen trockenen H\u00fcllbl\u00e4ttern befreien und die harten Spitzen gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig abschneiden. Den Stiel leicht sch\u00e4len und k\u00fcrzen.
