    Instructions<\/h3>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t

    1. \u00c9taler le panko sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et le faire griller dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0\u00a0 200 \u00b0C pendant 3 \u00e0\u00a0 5 minutes, ou jusqu'\u00e0\u00a0 ce que les miettes soient dor\u00e9es.<\/li>\n
    2. D\u00e9couper les blancs de poulet en filets, les ouvrir et les aplatir.<\/li>\n
    3. M\u00e9langer la mayonnaise, l'\u0153uf et la farine dans un bol et assaisonner avec du sel et du poivre.<\/li>\n
    4. Ajouter les filets de poulet \u00e0\u00a0 la marinade, bien frotter le m\u00e9lange, puis couvrir et r\u00e9server au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/li>\n
    5. Pour la salade de chou, \u00e9plucher la carotte et la couper en fines lamelles. Retirer le p\u00e9doncule du chou blanc et couper le chou en fines lamelles. M\u00e9langer le reste des ingr\u00e9dients dans un grand bol et m\u00e9langer avec les l\u00e9gumes. Couvrir et mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/li>\n
    6. Transf\u00e9rer les filets de poulet de la marinade au m\u00e9lange de panko r\u00f4ti et les enrober uniform\u00e9ment de la panure.<\/li>\n
    7. Faire cuire les filets pan\u00e9s sur la m\u00eame plaque de cuisson que pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0\u00a0 200 \u00b0C pendant 15 \u00e0\u00a0 18 minutes.<\/li>\n
    8. M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la sauce. Faire griller les tranches de pain selon votre go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n
    9. Recouvrir une tranche de pain d'une bonne quantit\u00e9 de salade de chou, d'un filet de poulet cuit et de quelques feuilles de laitue. Tartiner g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement de sauce une autre tranche de pain grill\u00e9 et la placer sur le sandwich termin\u00e9.
