    Instructions<\/h3>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t

    1. Peler le tiers inf\u00e9rieur des asperges. Couper en biais sur une longueur de 3 cm, puis faire revenir les morceaux d'asperges dans une po\u00eale dans de l'huile d'olive chaude. Ajouter le beurre et d\u00e9glacer avec le vin blanc. Laissez le vin r\u00e9duire un peu. Ajoutez la cr\u00e8me et laissez mijoter pendant 4 minutes. R\u00e9duire le feu et assaisonnez avec de la noix de muscade, du sel et du poivre.<\/p>\n

    2. Faire cuire les penne selon les instructions (al dente).<\/p>\n

    3. Couper les tomates en deux. Ajouter le parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9 dans la sauce. Ajouter le persil, les asperges et les tomates cerises coup\u00e9es en deux. Assaisonner la sauce selon votre go\u00fbt et ajouter un peu plus d'assaisonnement si n\u00e9cessaire. Si la sauce a trop \u00e9paissi, il suffit d'ajouter un peu de l'eau de cuisson des p\u00e2tes.<\/p>\n

    4. Filtrer les p\u00e2tes cuites, les ajouter \u00e0\u00a0 la sauce et les garder au chaud pendant 3 minutes.
