    Instructions<\/h3>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t

    1.<\/strong> Lavezles lamelles d'oignon et les faire tremper dans de l'eau glac\u00e9e pendant 5 minutes. \u00c9gouttez-les soigneusement, \u00e9talez-les sur du papier de cuisine ou un torchon propre, puis conservez-les au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur jusqu'\u00e0\u00a0 consommation ult\u00e9rieure. Cela permet de r\u00e9duire le piquant des oignons et de les garder croustillants.<\/p>\n

    2.<\/strong> Coupez le poisson en lani\u00e8res \u00e9gales d'environ 3 x 2 cm. Placez-les dans un grand bol, ajoutez une grosse pinc\u00e9e de sel et m\u00e9langez-les d\u00e9licatement \u00e0\u00a0 l'aide d'une cuill\u00e8re en m\u00e9tal. Le sel va ouvrir les pores du poisson. Laissez reposer pendant 2 minutes, puis arrosez d\u00e9licatement le lait de tigre avec une cuill\u00e8re. Laissez le poisson dans cette marinade pendant 2 minutes.<\/p>\n

    3.<\/strong> Ajoutez les oignons, la coriandre, le piment et les cubes de pommes de terre au poisson. M\u00e9langez soigneusement avec une cuill\u00e8re et assaisonnez selon votre go\u00fbt avec du sel et du citron-chili.
