In the heart of La Belle Etoile shopping centre in Bertrange, a unique culinary experience awaits food lovers. G.A.N.G., a newly unveiled foodhall, is the result of the collaborative vision of two passionate restaurateurs, St\u00e9phanie Jauquet and Salvatore Barberio. After dedicating more than two years to its conception, the duo has introduced a sprawling food court that occupies 1,800 square meters of the iconic Luxembourg mall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

G.A.N.G<\/strong>. the acronym for G<\/strong>.\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9, A<\/strong>.mour, N<\/strong>.ourriture et G<\/strong>.o\u00fbt boasts an impressive gastronomic lineup, featuring two restaurants, a bar, and a shared consumption space with the capacity to seat 500 guests. Moreover, this diverse culinary hub offers a selection of eight different cuisines. As well as offering a tempting range of flavours, the foodhall boasts extended opening hours, making it a practical option for meals at any time of day, going beyond the hours of traditional restaurants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, it’s not just about food. The creators, Jauquet and Barberio, have envisioned a space that promotes social interaction, facilitating a sense of community and connection among its visitors. They have worked meticulously to ensure the foodhall’s ambience exudes warmth and conviviality. To achieve this, they collaborated with an architect (V\u00e9ronique Witmeur), artists (Jacques Schneider, the Argentinian Pablo Piatti and the Dutch collective Rotganzen), and professionals from the hospitality industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
