Ariana Pedro Gomes and Ninon Munier, final-year students in the DAP Restaurateur program, showcased their culinary flair and dedication to vegetarian cuisine, triumphing over the competition in the Netherlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guided by the seasoned expertise of Chef Jennifer Salbrecht, an EHTL alumna and culinary competition veteran, the duo quickly crafted a compelling menu. Drawing from their personal experiences, including Ninon&#8217;s internship at the Michelin-starred Ry\u00f4d\u00f4, and recipes from EHTL&#8217;s own vegan cookbook &#8220;Mmmmh,&#8221; they developed a standout vegetarian gyoza that captured the judges&#8217; attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The competition&#8217;s challenges were met with resilience and poise, attributes that the exclusively starred-chef jury found commendable.
