    Instructions<\/h3>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t

    1. Grate zucchini, sprinkle with salt and stand in a colander for 10 mins. Squeeze as much liquid out as possible.<\/li>\n
    2. Add remaining ingredients and stir until just combined.\u00a0<\/li>\n
    3. Heat oil in shallow pan and gently fry four spoonfuls of mixture until set and golden on the bottom.\u00a0<\/li>\n
    4. Turn fritter over and cook until cooked through and golden.\u00a0<\/li>\n
    5. Serve with a dressing of yoghurt, honey and cumin powder, sprinkled with a little paprika to decorate.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
