  • 40 g sugar<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • 50 g black chocolate<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • 50 ml water<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <\/ul>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t <\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t

    Instructions<\/h3>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t

    1. Separate egg yolks and egg whites.<\/li>\n
    2. Heat water and pour it in a bowl onto the chocolate so that it melts.<\/li>\n
    3. Add the two egg yolks and stir.<\/li>\n
    4. Let it cool down to room temperature.<\/li>\n
    5. In the meantime, beat the egg whites with the sugar until firm.<\/li>\n
