Often, they are stuck by preconceptions&#8221;, explains the chef, Fran\u00e7ois Jagut. So, the chef wanted to offer incentive prices : 55 euros for 3 dishes, 75 euros for 4 dishes! Exceptional too: the choice! &#8220;We can choose between 4 starters, 2 meats and\/or 2 fishes, and 2 desserts&#8221;.
