Ryodo KAJIWARA, chef of the restaurant “Ry\u00f4d\u00f4<\/a>” in Luxembourg Hollerich, has been rewarded as “Chef of the Year 2022”. This distinctive award is the recognition of the Chef’s meticulous precision, thoroughness, and resilience, as he opened his restaurant right before the pandemic started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The restaurant “A Guddesch<\/a>” in Beringen, mostly working in food self-sufficiency, received the award of “Local Restaurant” 2022. This new award, in collaboration with “Sous schmaacht L\u00ebtzebuerg”, aims at promoting the respect of the environment by consuming as locally as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n During the ceremony, Gault&Millau also announced a collaboration with Delhaize Luxembourg<\/a>, that comes as a “S\u00e9lection Gault&Millau”\u009d label.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Finally, this year again, Gault&Millau Luxembourg is listing 17 new addresses.
